StopCensuur.nl does not sell your data to third parties and only provides to comply with legal obligations. We will conclude processing agreements with companies that process data on our behalf, to ensure a similar level of security and confidentialy of your data. StopCensuur.nl remains responsible for this processing. If you contact us through social media, the privacy statement of the concerning company also applies. Social media may tract your data differently

Viewing, correcting or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw any consent for data processing or object to our processing of your personal data. You can request us to send the personal data we have of you in a computer file to you (data portability). In any of these cases write to stopcensuur@protonmail.com.

To ensure the access request is made by you, include with any such request a copy of your identification, with the photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), pasport number and citizen number made unreadable. You may also send a complaint about us to the Dutch Data Authority .


The connection between your device and stopcensuur.nl is secured with a modern TLS 1.2 encryption suite and is certified by Let's Encrypt Authority X3. Our e-mail is only stored encrypted on servers of Proton Technologies AG under Swiss jurisdiction. The metadata is not encrypted. Our public PGP key can be found here.
